I know it would really help me to have a therapist, but I am away at college. a dr would be about 25 minutes from here & I don't have a car; don't even know that insurance would cover it here. it would be really tough for that to work out; I was wondering if there was any way I could get one over the phone or computer? not my choice of going about it, but if there was any way to get one it would help. thanks.

Most colleges have a mental health unit. Have you
checked to see if your does ?Pat
