instead of 30mg of Clomipramine, I decided 60mg

How bad can this be if I am in a really bad state but am afraid to tell my doc, so far, 60mg, no side effects, perhaps increased anxiety or no change in anxiety. Problem is, my doc prescribed 30mg for anxiety and I am (for once in my life) going against my doc.
