Willow - That's funny! Only the Canadian government could import marijuana seeds into a country that grows some of the strongest pot on earth. I really think that it has more to do with the genetics of farming and long winters, rather than good soil and growing conditions. The government is just being silly.
This situation is sort of like the argument that pot was becoming too strong, and it was therefore no longer "mild" drug. Most people just ended up smoking less, therefore, I guess you could say that the stronger dope is actually better for a person because there is less damage to the esophagus and lungs. It's all in the wording. - Cam

I understood from the article that they(government) didn't want to acknowledge the fact that its citizens are growing it.
