I've turned it on with much regret. Okay I've allowed myself 4 renews a day. Once when I wake up in the middle of the night, another when I wake up for real, the third one after my afternoon siesta, and the final one before I go to bed.

I thought I would be able to log on to the site four times a day, view each site once each time. I logged on this morning and then put the limit at 4 refreshes. This afternoon when I logged on again, by the time I got to the social board it said my refreshes were up. So do I need it set at 12 to be able to view each board four times in a day? If so how do I correct this?

Yes, any refresh of any of the main pages counts.

I think it should work to click the "no" button, then enter 12 in the box, and then click the "yes" button again.
If not, you can cancel the anti-addiction business at:

and then start over. Sorry this isn't more clear...
