I am back for a bit and will be checking everyso often.
I have just come back from a holiday in west wales, camping and drinking-fun. Valproate seems to be stabilising-subdueing-muteing-mundane. not all that bad, good for this time of my life I need security and relationships ect... the kind of stuff that grown ups do.
afterthat I can relax in the safty of knowing I can do it, so I can start traveling and writing.

I have read your posts, but have not written you directly before. Welcome back,

If I remember right, it was West Wales, where I was in 1971 :0) I was hitchiking to hadrians wall and newcastle, to take the ferry to norway. I met some fellows and fell in love.

Here is to the western sunsets and the rolling english countryside.

I have benefited from VA also, watch the alcohol.
