good wake-up in the middle of the night, i mean. trying to sleep sober. woke half an hour ago from vivid dreams, scrawled them in a notebook--does anyone else here write their dreams down? maybe we could start a thread of our best ones...what do you think?

I write my dreams down, too - it's weird, when I was really depressed, I didn't dream at all (of course, I woke up so frequently that probably I just never got deeply asleep enough to dream). But since being on Celexa, I dream a lot and write them down when I remember.

If I wrote down what I dreamt as I awoke I'd be writing all day . It's like a double life for me.
One dream [briefly] was about this board.
I scanned the threads, and as I opened each one up "real samples of the meds each person was on were embedded in the 3d posts in a little box.
I had quite a collection.

It's so funny that this thread started. I have nightmares frequently.... like 10 times a night, or so it feels.... and I would wake up sweating and terrified... I decided to try keeping a journal. It's hysterical.. I would read what a wrote the night before and it doesn't make any sense at all. I try and write "key" words that will trigger the dream. Last night.... I wrote down ... "He was talking about pulling his hair out".... that was it. It just makes me laugh.

i think my only nightmares lately have been:
dreaming that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were my babysitting charges, and
a dream about arguing with my boss over who would get to use the toilet first, and she hissed that it would be considered "insubordination" if i didn't let her. but i hopped on first anyway, because i was the first one there.
This is the end of the thread.
