They aren't too bad. Sar, you are right... they burn fast and don't taste like a cig.... but helped in the fact that I needed something to "smoke". I've been smoking them all day. So far so good......

what kind did you get? i think i'm going to get some more myself...the patch and gum are working on the craving aspect, but when i get on the phone i need something to do!
also no alcohol tonight--will go on a midnight bike ride instead i think...

I got "Herbal Gold".... the only kind I could find around here.
Your right.... they are perfect for when your on the phone. For me it's when I'm driving.
