I didn't know where to post this, so I am starting a new thread. [I thought about the NYC one because both my kids live in Brooklyn and work (or are looking for work) in Manhattan, not an easy time by any means. I also considered the one about sleep problems.]
But yippee, my two sweeties are coming home in about two hours on MetroNorth/Wassaic stop. What a rough time to be starting out or trying to start over; we have been watchful for signs of depression...after all, it runs in the family. I hope you all have a good holiday. Try to take care of yourselves.
I have recently been trying to make use of the nights when I couldn't get to sleep by working on my new website. I am trying to make it a place where I put on all kinds of things I find interesting. Then, when I am feeling in what I call under a cloud, I go there and it sometimes gets me thinking of something else I can put together and put on.
