Ummm-

I just wanted to say I'm sorry if I said more than y'all wanted to know...it's really freaked me out though.

I'm not used to saying such things (unless you're my pdoc), didn't mean to upset anyone, along with the other stuff going on right now, it did throw me.....

Again I'm sorry if I upset or bothered (triggered) anyone present-

(please don't mention details here-TIA)
