I just went through that, spent several days in ICU and then in the mental ward. I am deeply regretful. It horrifies me to think that I could be in the ground right now.
Even if you don't think that your life is worth living - which it is - my God, think of your family, think of what it will do to them. Please get help, a doctor, a therapist, medication, prehaps a hospital stay.

And please, remember it's just a feeling. A very, very strong, utterly persuasive feeling--but still, I know you can find a little part of yourself, if you listen very carefully, that remembers, it's only a state. A feeling.
And if you can't find this part--ask someone to hold it for you. There simply is no good reason to leave.

The previous posts are wise and true; I hope you are allowing yourself to believe them (I know its easy to dismiss things when you feel so bad). Hang on in there, and get all the help you can.
It's a horrendous but temporary situation- honest.
