can't sleep. becoming psycho-babble junkie. hardly any blue posts left. all the little yellow new marks are just me. sleep aids not working. staying up all night wacks my mood. it's already 5am, too late for an ambien <insert forbidden expletive>

Hang in there, girlie! I go through phases where
I become a PSB and PB junkie too. I have to watch
that. Forget about the fact that I have "a mental
illness" sometimes and go out on the porch at night
and look at the stars. Sometimes I become way too
identified with this disease.(I was going to do Loving Kindness Meditation this
morning, but I didn't have time.....)Effexor really seems to be working. I SO HOPE I can
get away with just taking 33.7 mg's--so far that much
seems to be fine, although I can hardly believe that...
Going to add on acupuncture in september (when I can afford it).

My new topamax Rx didn't work out, but my therapist gave me a new pdoc referral. Time to start over. I was stable for so long it's hard to be back in this halfway unstable place.
