I really like the way that Dr Bob runs this board, but are there any other similar boards out there that get a lot more posts? I'm just wanting to read a lot about people in a similar situation as me, and these boards just don't have enough posts to keep me distracted from my misery.
Thanks!

Not sure where you are. I am in UK and a member of the Depression Alliance, which has a discussion group you can join (if you are a DA member) which I left after a few days as my inbox was inundated! That was a while ago, tho.
I agree books or more detailed websites may be another way of hearing about other peoples' experiences, and probably in more detail.

Have you done a search at the top of the page? There are lots of posts in this system.

I suggest a search (like a google search) on the internet, or a search for keywords on this site that will yield many posts from the archives (probably).
There is also a list of sites on dr. bob's main page that you could check out.

Definitely books however you might want to do a search through the archives to see other posts here.
Ok there is www.depressionforums.com and you can get pretty busy there but I think theyre both good with this board having its own unique personality or is that personalities?! and also more comprehensive info/discussion on meds I think.
