Ahh, the West African Akye fufo, which has been adopted by the Jamaicans for their breakfasts. She's an exotic one indeed.
Unfortunately I have never met her. Do you have any tips where I might find such a treasure? I'll check our ethnic markets, but we don't have much of a Carribean community here....
