distant the effect ???today I was going to quit all together..but maybe I should give effexor another week...I am so messed right now I ...well I just want the pain to go away with the loss of my ex ....

Yes 11 days I took it for
I took 37.5mg for 7 days first four days I thought that i was on a bad trip ..spaced right there..after 7 days went up to 75mg and went suicidal So this tuesday didn't take any or today..last night I took a lorazapam 1 mg to sleep ...today I have to drive into the city to see a councellor...maybe he will just tell me to go to the hospital before I hurt myself any more . todate I have lost 26lbs from not eating and being so depressed..does this help ??..All because of a break up with my ex...

Uh-oh. I know it's hell on it, but please don't go off unsupervised. If your insurance will cover a hospital stay, think about going in, to get your meds stabilised. Please.
