One day is fine, next day is black
So if you want me off your back
Well come on and let me know
Should I stay or should I go?
Should I stay or should I go now?
Should I stay or should I go now?
If I go there will be trouble
An' if I stay it will be double
So come on and let me know

....if I stay it will be double....
The pain continues to wash over/through/around me and I find fewer ways of getting through these bumpy times. The suddeness of the onset and my growing lack of working coping mechanisms leave me wanting the out..........wanting to go....
my overall feeling: I should go now

I am aware that the above feeling is a distortion of the fucking disease that is robbing me of my life breath by breath

I'm sorry to hear that you're still in such a bad situation. I haven't really known what was going on with you since you left chat (although didn't I see you flicker by last night?). Are you back on medications? Have you found a therapist? It doesn't sound like the medications you're on are helping enough and it's been a while now; what does your pdoc say?
Keep holding on. You can ride this out. (And good for you for knowing when it is the depression talking.)
This is the end of the thread.
