I know you are fond of messages that are split into multiple parts. I thought you might be doing this for space reasons, but all your message parts are kind of small... In many online communities this is called spamming...Its just tedious to scroll down through "Lou's Response to X Parts1-2039"
kthxbye...

Kid_A,
Thank you for yur suggestion about my way of posting. I know that it could be tedious to some because you have to go back and actuaute the thread again as you have stated.
But are you referring to the thread about the fish-oil capsuls or the thread about the Gates, or both?

Lou,
I find the split posts harder to read too. I know that some email newsgroups have size limits where if your message is longer than a certain size it can't be posted. I don't think there is any limit like that here. For me it would be easier if you made longer posts, and separated the points by putting spaces between the paragraphs. This is much easier to do with the current process I think. I know you can't see much text in the message window as you type it without scrolling but you can easily read the whole thing in the preview window before you confirm the post.
It's up to you of course, but I like it when different posts are only used to reply to different posters, or to talk about different subjects, and the heading makes that clear.

Jane d,
Thank you for your interest in the "parts" vs one post.
If this is an obsticle for people to read the posts, then that would be important for me to know for I would not want to stop any one from reading them on the basis of tediousness.
I will try to make longer posts, combining them and separating them.
But is it the Gates posts or all the posts?
Lou
