I am approaching ECT #4 tomorrow . . . with some trepidation. I need some benchmarks to refer back to as I am extremely forgetful following treatments. It helps to look here and see my name in print. I am on sick leave from work right now and only a couple of people know what is going on. Will post tomorrow following treatment . . . probably.

That's a great idea, Greg. I have always found anchors to be extremely important with my own problems, and I can imagine that posting at Babble would be a good anchor for this.
Are you doing better with the ECT? If I remember correctly, you said you just got out of the hospital. I really applaud your courage in doing what you need to do, both with the hospital and with the ECT. I hope that if the time ever comes that I need to do that, that I'll have the courage to do what's best for my family.
Best wishes,
Dinah
