I've given myself a challenge to do the NanoWrimo Project (www.nanowrimo.org), which is to write a novel of at least 50,000 words in one month.
I think this will get my mind off of stressful things--and give me a sense of accomplishment whether the novel is actually coherent in the end or not ;)
