There's only one Harry Potter to me.

Posted by Phil on January 10, 2003, at 8:13:23

Colonel Harry Potter, yeah. I haven't read about the new kid. I read about N. Korea this morning and thought of the Mash gang. Radar, Charles, Hawkeye, Pierce(sp), Mahhhhgret, Klinger. When that show went off the air, I spiraled into the darkness. : )
Once, the mean sargeant that used to pop into camp, usually to give Charles a hard time and spy on him said he knew of Charles' sister Hanorria, he pronounced it like Gonnerrhea(sp). Charles said han ORR'rea. You had to be there. I cracked up.
The psychiatrist was great. I wish shrinks were that perceptive. Thanks.

All over the place,

Phil

Ah yes, Dr. Sidney Freedman. Another of the long list of on screen/book shrinks who make ours look bad.

Thanks for the memory.

I forgot that his name was Harry Potter. Or was it Henry Potter? I'd have to stay up late to watch some re-runs to check it out. Hey..come to think of it, that wouldn't be half bad...

Was it Sherman, Sherm? Now I'm not sure his name was even Potter. I've got to wake up before I operate this thing.

You're right. I do believe it was Sherman. And his horse was named Sophie? The first commander was named Henry.

Oooh, I need to get my husband on this thread. He has the most amazing memory for characters and actors.

Harry Morgan played Col Sherman T Potter (nm)

So much for me thinking my brain works better in the morning. Anyway, I miss the show.
Ah, the priest. I won't guess.
