Whew, how it can! I get some spooky dreams that keep me spooked all day long. I rarely remembered dreams for years until I started meds, but now, WOW! Most are just "stories" -- nothing exciting -- but a few are real adventures and I can remember the finest details for days afterwards.
I understand the feeling.
