someone sent me this today ..

When a person is down and feels they have hit rock bottom, this has come from within. The loss of hope can be a cruel adversary, but the truth is that from outside lives the hope that is lost and if we are patient and have a helping hand to hold, we can sit up, stand and walk tall with renewed hope and a spirit to live our lives as we deserve to. “The past is History, tomorrow is a Mystery and today, just for today we will live our lives and be happy in them, we will give a gift of hope to another and be fulfilled, just for today”.
