Good Grief Greg, this is a sign of some defect of mood or conflict of sexuality. But if you are so shy why don't you get it in your bi-cep, upper arm, like myself? Ask if your ferritin levels were checked. Either too high or too low can cause fatigue. And have you asked about good old "poop-out"? Over the past several years I've needed to increase the dosage of the med that is helping me.
