I saw your post to Dr. Bob on Admin, and I wanted to let you know a very similar thing happened to me when I went off Effexor. I call it my demon possession. Actually I stole that expression from another poster, Medusa.
I didn't do anything to obvious on the babble board. I did however manage to permanently frighten off two people who were very important to me, and only by e-mail!
I wasn't dangerous crazy, just crazy.
I used the exact same description that you did as well. That it was like being drunk, and having everyone tell you what you did, the day after.The weird thing was it wasn't even a hidden part of my personality that came screaming out when I stopped the effexor, it was someone I don't even have a nodding aquaintance with.

thankyou for the note gabb,
it wasnt withdrawl,
it was the topamax..doc said drink lots juice,you may get kidney stones...
he never told me it would make me think my husband was trying to make me kill myself ...or an unmarked cop car was sitting outside my house,all the time,..
this list goes on and on.....
your note was touching thankyou..sometimes it hard to remember we are in this world together
