ever frightening
look out for stormy weather
be careful for the lightningescaped animals run amok
their fear wide in their eyes
they trample all the beauty
they've killed off all the fliesthe keepers lost their keys
the cages were unkept
the animals saw their chance
and out and away they leaptwhen animals are brought in from the wild
and put into a cage
it only follows logic
that they'll soon fly into a ragetheir anger is most justified
their captivity is so sad
their lives their homes their families
all left behind
too badso cage up the trapped animals
lock them away tight and snug
toss the key into the river
start dreaming of the bugsThe insects crawl through the body
eating and doing their job
they will soon finish off what is left
of my rotted corn of cobwhy bother with the masses
when the masses bother me so
I care not for the tone
with which some seem to showprimates fling dung
it has been documented
why they do it I don't know
but I'd rather they were unattenedmy opinions are my own
if my own is something I posess
my mind poisoned bye the medicines
that cause me such duressyou know me not
I know some so well
but myself I am an enigma
and unknown to all but hellthe fires lick my feet
the fishes fry away
their burnt scales scent the air
knowing this is their final daywine and roses and flowers
babies and corpses and dirt
again I write nonsense
but inside there is hurt
