Anyone had nerve release surgery on elbow??

Had all my pre-op checks this morning, and I will be going in for surgery on my Ulnar Nerve in my elbow on 13th August...

A little worried about it.. but not too much yet.. but wondering if anyone out there has had anything like this done on thair elbow.. I want to know how painful its likely to be after the op etc...
