Doc said to take a Geodon and my melatonin and some hydroxyzine if needed and go to bed. He said if I don't sleep or if I don't feel better to page him back multiple times if needed and he'll get right back to me. I asked him about hospitals and he said if I don't feel better after the Geodon, if I get into more of a crisis tonight or tomorrow, we can talk more about it. He said he is happy to write a letter explaining my medical difficulties. He said to take some hydroxyzine tomorrow too before I meet with my boss to curb the anxiety.
So that's what I'm going to do for now, and I see my therapist tomorrow and then we'll see.

It sounds as if you are in good, caring hands. You will be fine now. Think about his offer of a letter. I assume he means for work difficulties. My doctor did that and I did get a lot of help for a while. It is worth it.
Sleep well, Penny.

I'm so glad you could talk to him. I hope you sleep well. It sounds like he is concerned and responsive - that is good. Don't hesitate to call him again, if you need to.
Good luck tomorrow with your boss. I hope it goes well, and that he is understanding.
Still thinking of you
