I have pieced together this laptop with duct tape and Kraxy Glue ( sorry, no access to the proper letter for that product due to the duct tape) I don't have the left shift key or ctrl or alt either. But, at least I have an internet connection once in a while. It disconnects very often though so I don't know how often I'll be able to visit.
I just want you to know that I think about this place all the time and hope everyone is doing ok. I'll check in as often as this computer will let me.

Are you sure you're not using the piece o'crud pc I was on out in the Maritimes? Sure sounds similar.

Ha... I understand that. I actually had to finally throw one away, and someone at work was offended that I would throw it away. I live in the computer world, so anything is far game!
