yeah, that's the option i'm facing here, too. upping the seroquel (ironically, the first drug i've ever felt really positive about) is making me afraid to go to sleep due to violently intense dreams featuring former castmembers of my life and frequently including my mother, from whom i am quite happily estranged. now she can only come back to munchausen by proxy me when i'm unconscious. (insert uncivil non-maternal nouns here.) lightning and thunder in the cackalacks tonight.

oh, funky dreams. last night I was in the middle of one about my pet parakeet who was yellow and had a rooster comb on the top of his head, he escaped from his cage but it was OK because he and his cage and I were all in my chevette that I had in real-life as a teenager, it was so full of stuff I must have been living in it. Then some noise in the driveway woke me up.
