Oh,
As a former Children's Librarian may I suggest reading a book together?
I hope it isn't too hot where you are today (or that you have air conditioning). Feeling lousy when you are hot is awful.
The only time I can "take care" of my 15 year old is when she's really sick. She wanted me to follow her from room to room the last time she was sick. I took advantage of every time that I could comfort or coddle her.
Don't forget to take care of yourself, too!
