Hi gabbi,

I just read your other post and am truly sorry. Honestly, maybe it's the duel country relationship issue that makes me feel that I understand so. In addition to many similar things we seem to share like a value system, anxiety ...ect

I thought tonight I would try to sleep like I here others do: restful and in lump sums of time, instead of my few hours here few there thing.

Soooo...I ditched the ambian bottle (great for sleep iy you only want an hour), took a bit of seroquel, turned off the 'puter to resist temptation and ate well---do you get the "seroquel midnight munchies too??) and picked up a book (of all books I am reading "charlottes web" which I found in the basement which I found the other night looking in the basement for ooh books--ever read "the Tao of pooh"?? If not, you really should. But, all in all, it is now almost 7 am and I am awake still--i slept for about an hour...

UUGGG...only thing left to do is try reading old love letters to weep for sleep--sounds like a charity event...lmao

"night"

oh, and thanks for you great toothpaste site. That is hilarious. For doing that I thought I'd gave you a link that is not meant to be funny, but for people like us is probably hilarious--

Why not just Watch Old Yeller while you're at it?
Or Bambi? or any of the other of the genre of make your kids cry Disney movies that came out in the 70's..that was a sick time. Thats why we're all on anti-depressants.

I haven't checked out the Seroquel site yet, those sites are funny though, they're like self-parodies. Is it the Simpson's or is it real?
I saw one (can't remember what it was for)
the music in the background was "you are the wind beneath my wings"
Actually I was thinking last night as I took my extra seroquel to cope with my latest heartbreak.
How sick it is that I have to take anti-psychotics just to cope with the world. And then I thought in a just world, the anti-psychotics would keep the psychotics out of my life so my heart wouldn't keep breaking. An anti-psychotic shield...

I'm glad you liked Drew at Toothpastefordinner.
I love him, I love him... he misses the mark completely sometimes but when he's on he's on.
He can make me laugh even when I'm really sad.
Those are secret little treasures I send people who are really down too, they seem to cut through the depression goo, and are weird enough to appeal to us.

I think "9 cups of pretzel" and "Outer space"
are my favorites, oh and 'the fire extinguisher'

Wow, these posts are getting long,
I keep thinking I'm emailing.
Maybe thats a better idea.
If you feel like it
I'm princessdirt at hotmail..

The seroquel site was indeed lovely.
All those purty colors. I was disappointed
that it didn't have the muzac background though,
it could have had "Amazing Grace" or something.

I really wish I could remember which site it was that had "wind beneath my wings"..
Yes, I do get the munchies badly from Seroquel
So I save it for those 'special occasions'
Or when I know there is no food in the house and the seroquel is going to make me to lazy to go to the store.

Weep for Sleep..too funny. Or as Carrie Fisher says It has to be funny, if it wasn't funny it would just be true.
That really belongs as one of the events in the Bipolor and comorbid disorders fest I planned last year at about this time though.
