Hi Gabbi. I was feeling a bit odd, probably a migraine. And my family was gone.
But I think the medicine is kicking in. And my family is home. And a friend was kind enough to chat.
Auras are odd things. So disorienting.
How are you this fine evening?

For the moment. I also hope you're doing okay. I need to go to sleep soon, but wanted to say hello.

I don't think we've met Emme, consider this an official hello! :)
I'm okay Dinah, just a little bored. I really should be studying I guess. Of course as soon as I go to study, I'll decide I just can't study in such a messy apartment.
Either way something will get done, it just has to be different from what I've decided I should be doing.
Its my self-rebellious streak.Messing with my own head is one of my favorite things..

but I think that you have gone to bed. Which is where I should be. I have to get up to take my daughter to work (it is only her second day, and for some reason she can't quite manage to ride her bike the 1 1/2 miles. So I told her I'd take her tomorrow, but that she has to find the bike rack and that the next time it is 65 degrees and only a 20% chance of precipitation that she is riding her bike).
So I'm heading to bed, but I just wanted you all to know that I'm thinking of you.

Well hello officially Gabbi! Did you study or clean before hitting the hay? It's a little after 5 and I've slept all of 2 hours tonight. But I slept about 15 hours yesterday so it should all even out, right? :) Hope you got some sleep Dinah.

With some help from husband snuggling. I should be used to those darn auras by now, but they still scare and disorient me. They almost always take the same form of everything getting shimmery and looking like I can put my hand through solid objects. Along with some disorientation. Maybe even the feeling of anxiety is part of it. Those migraines are odd things.
Thanks everyone.

wow, I don't know Dinah, thats kind of like saying "I really should get used to what it feels like when I have a nightmare, after all, they aren't real."
At least in my opinion, thats what its like.
My friend Ann Marie used to get those before she saw something she wanted to paint except she didn't get the migraines.
They were "pre" visions. She was very unpretentious about it. She just referred to it as her chemical imbalance. And said she was fortunate enough to be able to have without ingesting hallucinogens.
The paintings were incredible. She makes her living from them now and she's only 32.
Hey, maybe next time you should just gooooo with it.Oh, back to my life, (ka-thunk) yes I got my dishes done
