Here it is again, an upswing. I feel full of energy and optimism. As usual, I can't really say what if anything happened to cause the change.
I wish I understood my cycles.

I call it 'dropping back into my life.' I am so glad you are feeling good. Write a lot about it so you can read it sometime when things are rough. My dr says the goal, reasonably, isn't to make every moment a wonderful one, but to have more wonderful moments. Happy day.

That's a good way to put it. It's like I've been a robot, still moving, but with no natural energy flowing.

I do try to make a journal note, just to prove there are good times. Thanks for the good wishes.
P.S. Are you new, or just a new name? I don't think I've seen you around these parts. Anyway, welcome!

I'm new, I guess. But not to depression. I have been reading the posts for some time, but just recently put in my own post for the first time. Yes, I write too, just to prove there are good times. But do you ever think that you were just imagining the good times, and that NOW you know the truth. I have laughed at my own writing about good times, but somehow I always know it is something I want so to get back to, something that is within my reach if I have the patience.
This is the end of the thread.
