Weekends are horrible. I can feel ok and on schedule during the week - even plan to do something over the weekend. Then the weekend comes and I try to keep myself asleep as much as possible.

I think it's because we slow down. We get more depressed when we slow down. Just ask a psych deparment when they get their most admits. No surprise - the weekends.
