it is sunny here and i am not going out.
the guilt of isolation heavy.

I kind of miss the going to work and coming back in the dark. Sunshine shows all the warts of the world, doesn't it?

I feel like this website is my only tether to the outside that I feel safe with. I am definitely prickly about the "friend" situation here and it just compounds my loneliness and isolation. Going back to bed sounds like a good idea right now.

Yesterday it rained and thundered all day and it was great. Do you have a TV in your room? I always like to watch movies when I close myself in my room and lie in bed (or comedy central with Conan O'Brien and Jon Stewart)

There are TVs all over the house, much to my dismay. I love to watch The Daily Show, though. Thank goodness for reruns because I could never stay up late enough to watch it.

Here it is sunny sunny sunny, hot, not too humid yet but it's pretty bad. I basically run from air conditioned car to air conditioned office.

what is it about the sun?

All my life sunny days have made me depressed.
I thought it was because of my mother demanding that I go out and play because it was a sunny day.
I felt safe on rainy days....I love the rain. The colors are so soft and the air is sometimes sweet with the fragrance of fir trees and mowed grass.
Today is overcast and I'm going out canoeing.
Even the birds seem to like cloudy days better. The rain yesterday was so awesome. Our roads and sidewalks looked like rivers.
Unfortunately the sewers backed up....ugh, we have to clean it up for our building.
I hope your day gets better mine is.
