Can't leave site alone

Posted by SAW on August 19, 2004, at 5:55:21

Hi

I am new to this site and find myself spending so much time here. I keep going in to check for new posts or replies. Clever of Dr Bob to provide anti addiction limit. I might just have to use it!! Still, am finding much comfort here.

There are a variety of ways people deal with this problem. I just enjoy the ride and hope that I can get other stuff done as well.

I have enjoyed this group of people and the site for almost a year now.
I love all the choices of topics to participate within. The variety of people's opinions is/are stimulating.
I have learned a great deal because people at this site are open to share their experiences.

There are the occassional conflicts but I tend to steer clear now and that works for me. Like life itself conflict can spring up and surprise me. I have learned I can walk away and put my attention somewhere else.

I am here to share, learn, give and get support. I also sometimes laugh right out loud at the humor....it can make my day!

I too love this place.

Welcome Sabrina!

I come here often, partly because I am new. I spend most of my day alone, until my husband is home, and he is not very communicative so I have to have something to do.

It is a good comfort. But I'm starting to get behind on my work, so will have to be more disciplined!

You sound very lonely Fallingstar?
