I'm not doing good these last couple of days, thinking about killing myself again.
i think it has something to do with me moving but i don't know mybe not having anyone to talk to anymore i have to what til we get to OK before i see anyone. so as soon as i get out there on sept 1st i'll call someone, cause i feel like i'm going to loose it.

Oh, sweetie. I think your impending move is scaring you more than you think. Don't hesitate in calling a crisis line... there is no reason to wait for help until you get to the new place. September 1st is quite a ways away. You have to keep safe.
Your health and well being is by far the most important thing, especially right now.

Oh, Kelly honey, there are people in Oklahoma who care about you, you just haven't met them yet. Below I have listed the web site for CONTACT crisis helpline of Oklahoma. If you call the "care" number below you will talk to someone who cares about you and they can direct to you services here. They are available 24/7. If you feel like you are going to hurt yourself you can call the "suicide" number below. The same caring people are on the end of the line just waiting to help you. I know this move is scary for you, but the people of Oklahoma are the kindest in the country. Moving is one of the worst things that happened to my mental health. It's been nearly two months I'm not bouncing back to the way I was before.

moving is a killer. i'm going through it too. it's all i can do to hang onto the last threads of my sanity right now.
when i was having a lot of trouble, i found that writing the samaritans wasn't too bad of a deal... i write email better than i talk. jo@samaritans.org
but i suggest you contact SOMEONE. there's no need for you to go through this alone.
