How come I can concentrate on myself and on the boards but when it comes to doing my work, I bang my useless non-concentrating head against a wall? Worthless and useless is me!

I think it's because Babble directly addresses our desires and needs. Work and school take a more circuitous route and if you don't like your (job) (the course) it's harder to focus on it.
Try paring the duties down into more manageable chunks, or limiting the distractions. I turned off the the bad radio music piped into my work area and that helps me. Too many different noises and I can't hear anything!!
This is the end of the thread.
