I'm sorry, Candy. That really does sound like a bad day, and you have every right to feel rotten about it.

It's no bother to us, and Babble's a great place to unload when our burdens seem too heavy. Is there any other ways you can think of to make things seem less overwhelming? Do you have lots of support while you're trying to be a Mom and a Wife and to keep your spirits up during chemo?

I hope you're able to see Babble as one of your sources of support as you make your way through this. Husbands and families are fabulous, but sometimes there are dark or frightened thoughts that we'd rather not share with them. Babble is a great place for sharing those things.

This board is for mutual support, not necessarily for depression. Some of us may be depressed, some anxious, some struggling with other things, some feeling just fine right now. Most of us have struggled at some point or another with emotional "disorders" for wont of a better word. But that's not a prerequisite for posting.

I'm glad you're not feeling too bad from your first session of chemo, all things considered. Remember to give yourself permission to pamper yourself.

Hope to see you posting whenever it is useful or even fun for you.

Dinah
