Hubby and I have been wanting a house. The houses in our area are ridiculously priced. We we would owe a high note for years or live in a dump and still owe a note for years. I found an area out of state that has beautiful homes for way less. We could have no note, but the jobs are not as available there. Hubby likes his job here. I feel like crying. What to do.....

Have missed your posts Shadows. Good to "read" you again.
Even though the jobs are few there, has hubby looked to see if he can find something like he is doing now? If he found another job, would he be prepared to move?
