KK, need some advice about being the big sister

We've talked about this before, many moons ago. My little sis is struggling and turning to me to help her. She angry with our mom and hurting. But the guilt I feel is really intense, I didn't protect her, I didn't tell, I didn't stop it before she was old enough to have it happen to her. Sooo...thoughts about how the big sis helps the little sis? Without actually admitting to anything? 'cause I've still not said to her, "hey, this happened to me too." I want to validate what happen to her, but I don't trust that she will keep it all confidential if I say something about me.

What did your sister do for you that helped? I know you are close.
