Perhaps this should be on babble faith, as my getting a job seems to be pretty hopeless.
Maybe if all the babblers put out good vibes for me I will get this one? Dance, chant, pray, anything to help my luck to change.
My interview is Monday, November 15 at 2:30 p.m. central time.
I've been unemployed for six months, I need this job, I am actually qualified for it. Positive thoughts, please. Interview tips are welcome, too.

This is the key, Poet. Confidence. You are qualified for this job. You know you will do the job well. You know that you are a motivated worker (you want to keep the job!!). They will be lucky to have you as an employee.
Confidence, but not desperation. 6 months is not unusual these days. You have been looking for a job that is a good fit, and now your process has paid off.
It is so nice to find a job that does fit - where you are qualified and the job seems like something that you would enjoy doing. So the interview is really a chance to meet the people you will be working with, find out about the job, let them meet you, and explain to them why you really are a great choice for this position. Once they know a little more about you, it will be clear to them that you are the best choice.
Enjoy meeting your new co-workers!
