I was awake but I was rolling in my bed, twisting up the sheets and worrying my pillows...
lately I just can't seem to get to sleep or stay asleep.
So what did you do while you were awake?
Did you get any sleep?
I hope you weren't lonely.

I called Crisis, almost went to hospital, pretty soon just fell asleep from the exhaustion of all of it. A bad, bad night ... tks Jai cf
