Hi Michelle, tell Susan to make sure she puts netcape.net, not netscape.com Biggy difference.
Okay if adagrace64@netscape.net doesn't work and it is probably good that it doesn't, try jjd64w@netscape.net, that one I know the password to and I tried it this morning and it worked.
