I know the feeling of being sick of everything and everybody but please do not do anything to harm yourself. If you really think you may harm yourself please call 911 or go to ER I hope youre not alone. But if youre just venting ....well, I know what it is like. Sadly, I do not know how to stop that feeling except by just keeping busy

thing is I don't want to be locked up in the hospital....thanks for the reply tho.

They may not admit you, but if it keeps you safe for a few hours, or gets you the help you need, it may help.

Hey Jerry I just did the dishes and junk and am glad I came back. I once went to ER and got a psyche eval and they asked me IF I wanted to sign in I did that night and left in the morning
Another time I went and they would not take me said I didnt need it...who knew they would not want me in a psychward lol .....the thing is I went home and felt some better having been deemed ok and having been listened to and having talked. You could also call like a crisis line and talk or even write or call the samaritans...they do not turn you in ...No matter what be careful and do not do anything that cannot be undone
