The doctor said physical exercise was good for me. It’s a new year and I know I should do it, but my body is out of shape. I’ve therefore worked out this easy programme, which can be done anywhere.
Monday: Beat around the bush, jump to conclusions, climb the walls, wade through paperwork.
Tuesday: Drag my heels, push my luck, make mountains out of molehills, hit the nail on the head.
Wednesday: Bend over backwards, jump on the bandwagon, balance the books, run around in circles.
Thursday: Toot my own horn, climb the ladder of success, pull out the stops, add fuel to the fire.
Friday: Open a can of worms, put my foot in my mouth, start the ball rolling, go over the edge.
Saturday: Pick up the pieces.
Sunday: Whew! What a workout.

>That sounds like one workout I may be able to manage. One question though, how long until i can expect to see results-as i tend to get bored and quit if i don't see results quickly. I think that i will start this regimen on Monday.
Thank you so much for the smile that this brought to my face...its been a while...

You mean I'm supposed to be burning calories doing this stuff all the time???!!!
Why the heck did I just gain 15 lbs when the pdoc put me on meds???!!! And it doesn't seem to be going anywhere not that I'm NOT on the meds anymore, either..... That just doesn't seem fair...
Guess I'll just have to put more effort into your workout regimen!
smiles,
