Hi everyone. I'm back from the hospital. I'm feeling better; not "all better", but better. I have alot of work to do now that I'm out. I discovered other problem areas that I didn't even know about. In short, my life has to change and change will need to be occurring in many areas of my life.
I need to take my medication more seriously. I need to abstain from alcohol completely. I need to accept the DID diagnosis and work on what that represents in my life. I may need to make a move and find a new home. I need to find a new therapist (mine is retiring). I need to work on my self-esteem and assertiveness.
I've got alot of work to do.Thank you all for your wishes of support while I was in the hospital. They meant alot to me. You are one of the finest groups of people that I know.
Love to all,
Dee.

That's a lot going on in your life at once. Make sure you take extra special care of yourself.
