All, I started reading and observing this sight about a week ago. Like many of you I have suffered while taking Effexor. I am seeing a doctor on March 5th to begin the withdrawal process. I signed the petition that everyone has been talking about and went to the Patel, Carolina, & Associates website to get information on the lawsuit. The problem is, I can't find anything on the law firm or the suit anywhere other than the sites mentioned. I emailed the author of the petition and he responded until I mentioned my concerns about the law firm and suit then his replies stopped. Has anyone been successful in getting any further information? Thanks to all.

It doesn't sound right to me. The law firm should have a case number posted if anything has been filed, and they don't. I also checked with U.S. District Court and couldn't find anything filed there, either. Not in OK, not anywhere.
Be wary. I'll keep looking around.Susan

I also can't find any record of this attorney or law firm in OK.
You can search here for attorneys.

***If*** that is a bogus site set up for securing, well, whatever, other than what it implies, I think that's lower than low.
This is the end of the thread.
