Can anyone, anyone, who has experienced this tell me something potentially hopeful? Anything at all, . is it possible to feel long-term contentment again. and not feel ..lke a sad sick neurotic . person.
it is because there is no reason at all for the change in mood, at first there was, long ago, but now they change on their own accord. And right now i'd like to hear something hopeful? thanks>?

There's nothing long-term about rapid cycling. It's nice though that the good feelings aren't too far behind the awful ones ... I like that ... but the good feelings never seem real enough .. there's nothing long-term about it. Nada. It's a matter of survival, and going, well, if I'm sad, sick, and neurotic, so be it, but at least I'm damn interesting.
