What would you Say to the Person on the Roof?

I don't remember how I found this paper, but it's an interesting read. It describes a hypothetical script one can use as a basis to talk a person out of killing him/herself, in a realtime crisis situation. It's a very long read though. I've found that there are some interesting points.
