You're so much better at it than I am.

I think you've had a lot more practice.

(That was a very friendly joke)

I think I'm going to try and escape here for a while, it's starting to feel like a blend of "Lord of the Flies" and "Alice in Wonderland"
"The Lord in Wonderland"

Ni illigitemi Carborundum.. (or however you spell that)

That's how I took it, but probably it is accurate analysis as well, in which case, i still find no insult.

I think it's "illegitimis non carborundum" or another variation is "nil illegitimi carborundum" but it might be a different version in the Harvard song.

But shhhh...be careful...could we get a warning for words in Latin?? Esp. if it's not even "real" Latin? (grin)

I laughed out loud when I read your post, Gabbi-x-2!

Isn't it also like Groundhog Day (the movie)...

Could we call it "Lord of the Groundhogs in Wonderland?"

Oh I haven't seen groundhog day! Mighty good title though.

I hate it when threads get transferred from another board though, they just stand out looking silly. :(

And yes you were right, I forgot the "L" on Nil

This is the end of the thread.
